Another reason why they take risk in this opportunity is because they frustrated at the lack of online shopping options available to Malaysians. They had to driving around and being stuck in traffic jam and crowded parking lots.  Both of them was studied in United Kingdom (UK) where online consumerism was a part of daily life.
